Shipping and Orders

All goods remain the property of Chiltern Audio Limited until paid for in full.

No orders are accepted until they have been successfully processed. Orders placed before 12.30pm UK time on a weekday will usually be processed that day subject to confirmation. Orders placed after this time will usually be processed on the next working day subject to confirmation.

UK Shipping is free of charge unless stated on individual items. We use Royal Mail 1st Class and either FedEx or DPD for larger sized parcels. Shipping transit times are 48hours. 

Orders are typically shipped from store within 24hours (excluding weekends) and our shipping days are Tuesday to Friday. 

All shipments are fully insured and, where applicable, double boxed for secure transit.
